Start in Safe Mode with Networking, and get Remove Restrictions Tool (RRT): http://www.raymond.cc/blog/archives/2007/06/28/restore-task-manager-regedit-and-folder-options-disabled-by-virus/
See, if it'll restore "Folder options".

    I downloaded and ran the tool. But, there is no view hidden files under the tools tab... It it just the same 3 as before... :-[

    There is not, but "Folder options" should be there.
    Are you posting this from Safe Mode, or...?

      The only 3 options I have are the 3 mentioned earlier. I am accessing the forum through safe mode w/ networking

      http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/tools/security_tools/hijackthis/download
      by clicking on Download HijackThis Installer
      Install, and run it.
      Post HijackTHis log.

        Are you sure this website still works, It wont load on my computer or my brother's laptop... It says cant establish a connection to trendsecure.com...

          Something is really wrong. My firefox browser shuts down every time i click on a link that has hijakthis in it. I just typed hijakthis into google to try to access the website, but i misspelled hijakthis so i clicked the Did you mean: button for the correct spelling and it still shut off. I can't access any of those sites...

            Don't forget to check your brother computer. If file sharing is enabled, disable it, so there is no contact between computers.
