Please Help when i go o n to Outlook and cleck on my email inbox i get new emails BUT i cant read them what do i do to read them all pop connections are ok

    What happens when you clicked on a new message from the inbox?  Is it simply nothing happens and the envelope stays shut & bold or do you have a error message?
