ive looked everywhere trying to figure this out.. but nothing matches my situation.. i dont recall installing or downloading anything.. i was simply on the computer shopping for cars and later when i came back to it the failure to intalize message or whatever popped up... Internet explorer works, but firefox and quicktime and dell video chat and ad-aware and who knows what else doesnt.. I just got this laptop for christmas and havnt done anything with it really.. Its a dell studio laptop with windows vista.. please please help me. thank you.
