printer problem

hi, i have an epson 760. it is not printing emails properly it prints everthing except the message, any links  among the message also print. any suggestions appreciated

Wow. We're going to need a lot more information... Which Operating System are you using? Have you scanned for viruses and Spyware? Did you install the printer's drivers properly? Have you tried updating those drivers on the Espon website? Also, have you run a Windows Update by going to http://www.microsoft.com ...?

hi, thanks, the operating system is win 98, i have had this printer 4 years with no problems , scanned for viruses etc, checked out the properties of printer , all the same as they have been always . i need to print off airline tickets but can`t, very strange

Try going to the Espon webiste, and updating your printer drivers...
