Is it sluggish? What connection are you using? DSL, Dial-up, Cable? Have you scanned/deleted Spyware?

No need for that if you have antivirus and antispyware software installed...

dratul......First of all , your connection speed to your service provider is the determining factor..........
      Exactly what is it ?
The "so called" Speed up your internet connection programs dont create a connection thats any faster than what you have now.......What they do is offer you the ability to control the apps which may be running in the background and give you the appearance that you have a faster connection .........
Your pc may be full of adware and spyware which will pull down your speed .........do you regularly clean out your pc ?
A fair question to ask is .........what does your ISP suggest you should be getting as far as D/L speeds ........then conduct your own D/L speed test and see.

      Let us know

If you don't know the answer, it isn't a dumb question.

Nothing is going to acutally speed up your internet, but something like internet turbo will just save pages youve gone to before that way you can access them quicker.

Lets discuss RAM... How much do you have? Also, which operating system are you using?

512 RAM is very good for most people... However, if you wish to work faster, then you might want to upgrade... Hey, I started out at 512 RAM, and now I am up to 896 RAM... You notice a BIG BIG difference!  ;)

        Hi   atul

Well if you are getting 45 to -52 KBs you are doing very well for a
Dial up, these so called as already said speed up connection programs  are not really worth having, the one thing you can try if you have not already is the Browser firefox it will load pages faster and it is far far safer than IE you will still need IE for your windows updates

And you might find a few sites do not work with firefox, if you get firefox make sure you get the plug-ins for java flash player ect, if you see firefox FAQ you will find most of the info you will need, like firefox needs Sun's Java Runtime it won't work with  microsoft java
downloading firefox will not interfere with IE or it's components
you can run IE or firefox if you have not tried firefox i bet once you get use to it you will prob only use IE for your windows updates
