    Somehow i have made all my icons and texts bigger dont know how ive did it, it is on a laptop and i have windows vista on it, apoligies if it is an easy thing to adjust but i am a complete beginner to this computer lark,  Many thanks for any help. ???

    Right clik an empty area of the Desktop and select Properties...try setting a different resolution.
