My pc keeps restarting upon boot up. After several restarts, a black screen with several options appeared on my pc and now always appears stating if I would like to start my pc in safe mode, normal mode, config and other safemodes options. All the options do not work since my pc restarts after I click them expect the safe mode option, which allows me to enter the pc in safemode.
