    WebCam - I have image but not SOUND

    Webcam: Conceptronic CLLCHATCAM
    OS: Windows XP

    Installing in my laptop it's Ok! - I have sound and image. Meanwhile installing in a friend's desktop and testing through Skype we have image but not sound.

    Anybody please can help me?

    your laptop has a microphone built in. your friends computer doesn't.

      I thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately is not the case. The webcam has an incorporated microphone.
