I'm an office assistant in a small architectural firm (when I say small-I mean there are only 4 employees including myself). We have a Xerox 510 wide format plotter. We received some pdf files/drawings to print but when I try printing them there is nothing but a black page. I would normally think something was wrong with the plotter but it was just serviced yesterday, and other drawings print just fine. This has happened to one of our clients to whom I sent pdf drawings. When he tried to print them at his facility he had the same problem. I have no idea what the problem is and it's been left up to me to figure it out-PLEASE HELP!
