I make my own Web Sites by hand and I use
    Netfirms.net
To host my Web Sites for free but thy wont let me put music or any Media like that unless I pay a FEE.

Does anyone know of any FREE Web Site Hosting places  that will let you put Music or Videos up with the FREE plain????

they'll tear you down if your not the license holder of the material you post. also bear in mind free hosts are only free until they can convince you to pay for their hosting, in the hope that enough people would just pay instead of the hassle of moving again.

That just may not be realistic.  But, for around $4/mo., you can get a good hosting service that will probably have all you need.  Take a look at http://www.totalchoicehosting.com/web-hosting-plans.html
