well, if you reinstalled windows I don't know a way to retrieve all your documents.

I know a way how to get them back without reinstalling the entire windows program, not sure if it will still work now...

Go to start, then help and support.
I have a Dutch computer, so if I translate wrong, forgive me.

Now look under the choose an option tab (just look for undo changes with systemfix or something like that.

You can pick a date then when you still had all info, and normally it should restart then and give you back all the info

If you reformatted your computer, there is no way to get everything back.

That's the whole point of formatting!

        Look into Acronis True Image...
There's no better time to start a good backup regimen then right after losing all your data...

your data (not your favorites) are retrievable. The question is how much is it worth $$ to you. contact me if you REALLY need them
