Jesse,
It's better to regret something you did than something you didn't do.

If you think about it, a Rose is kind of a strange symbol- it's beautiful, but doesn't last very long. So basically, using a Rose as a symbol for love is like saying, "yep, our love will be beautiful for a while, but no matter how much we water it, it'll eventually wilt and die... Unless we give it enough soil and it takes root.

Anyway- I think a much better symbol would be a potato. I mean, it seems dumb, but a Potato GROWS when you Leave it alone, and it can be made into a battery and everything. Much more powerful symbolism there then a rose. Although, a Potato is ugly... Although, in a way, it symbolizes saying, "Babe, I'll love you even if you grow a bunch of white tentacles and get all shriveled up, start loosing weight and get cravings for soil"...

Alright... the rose wins, I guess.

I believe you know the answer already. He's a douchebag.

Anyway- I kind of threw away some great opportunities back in school- now I'm kind of screwed(and no, that is not some attempt at crude pun), since the only people nice to me are 50 years old and married. I mean, even I have limits- I'm not messing around with a married woman. (LOL) .... (JK, btw)

I suppose the main problem back in school was lack of money. Now I have TOO MUCH money... and nobody to spend it on  :'(

Although saying "too much" is a bit of a stretch... I have a fair amount of surplus, but I'm not rich.

I've never had that problem before.

If you have too much, you could send me some. I'm poor.

Actually, I agree.. I could use cash on this end as well. Theres no place to work where I live, and volunteer work just isnt the same.
      Money order, anyone?
