My computer won't reboot due to trojan virus outbreak
« on: February 06, 2009, 11:27:28 AM »
my computer got the trojan virus backdoor. My anti-virus software started to block it but then the virus killed my anit-virus. I went to Bestbuy and bought top of the line virus removal software. The software was installed but then it asked for a system reboot. When my computer restarted windows would start but then it would shut down and restart again over and over. I tryed starting my computer in safemode but i does the samething. I don't have a recovery disk or a backup disk. I think one i can get back into my computer i can fixed the virus. What should i do? HELP PLEASE...
