here's an interesting one. if i leave any website, or audio cd or itunes up when i close my laptop it will play sound from that program as soon as i open it.
once i click the icon to login the sound completely stops. this goes for websites, cds, movies....anything.
have done nothing to this computer to warrant this problem. checked sound card and drivers in device manager several times. showing no conflicts whatsoever. volume is up internally and via the external switch.
i'm stupified by this new occurence. i tried searching on this forum but no luck
any ideas???
