ialmrnt5 Error when playing games

Can someone please help me out here?  I'm getting this error, need to shut down pc manually, then microsoft is telling me all kind of stuff I really don't understand what they're saying.

The error is for a display driver.

I don't know what information you need for me to give you so you can help me out here.
