Sound doesn't work after installing new VC

Hey guys,

Maybe someone can help me out here. I went out earlier today and purchased a Geforce 9800 GTX. After installing it I now get no sound whatsoever. I'm quite puzzled by this. I've always used the built in soundcard on my MB for sound and have never had issues. I checked my device manager and it says everything is working fine. And also my Winamp crashes everytime I load it ever since I put the new card in. Any ideas? Here's my system specs:

-MSI K9N SLI PLATINUM mother board
-AMD Athlon 64 x2 4200+ CPU
-2GB ram
-160gb HD

I've seen cases, where installing nVidia card messed up the sound.
Try to reinstall sound driver.
If no help, uninstall nVidia, reinstall sound driver again.
You have to juggle around a little.
