    I can run it on western digital and alot of other ones.  Probably not as effiently.

    It's still pointless.

    WHY do you need to run it? for win98 an FDISK and a format works fine, same for winME, and 2k and XP will automatically partition and format, so I'm not quite getting the obsession with using maxblast.

      its not a matter of me winning.  I'm saing that as long as I got a max drive attached I just use it.  Other then that I use the one built into the disk.
