Scrolling Issue
« on: February 20, 2009, 10:21:33 AM »
Just got Vista and have found that when working on a document or the Internet, a small vertical scroll bar pops up and takes if I don't see it (most of the time) it takes me someplace else on the page/screen.

How do I get rid of this obnoxious tool?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Have you checked your system for malware.... I'd use malwarebytes or spybot search & destroy to scan and clean your system for free.

I have had better luck with malwarebytes www.malwarebytes.com to remove some stuff that spybot was unable to clean up. So I generally run malwarebytes first then, spybot as a followup, although havent seen anything yet get past malwarebytes.

This thing?

If so, this happens, if you CLICK mouse wheel. Click any mouse button, and it's gone.
