    Saving files
    « on: February 17, 2009, 04:52:44 AM »
I am using the IE 8 currently. The fault was from IE 7 and upgrading doesn't work.

After I download a file, (Saving or opening), the file or program doesn't run. No prompts or files appear at all. Please help...

IE8 is still in beta. No reason to use it as the main browser.
            Did you try Firefox?

just right click on the link, and hit "Save Target" or something to that effect
and it will bring up a Dialog Box, just save it where-ever.

but seriously you didn't need the poll.

I downgrade to IE 7.. The problem still exist.

I tried firefox, and that's the best part. First I cannot get my IE to download files, now i can't get my firefox to open email on the website. I'm using hotmail by the way.
