    New ISP, new problems: Lag spikes in games

    I have recently changed from BT to O2, the speed is faster but now I seem to be getting lag spikes in games for example Call of Duty 4. The router has also changed from the BT Home Hub to the O2 router (Thomson 780). Any advice or just call O2?

    I am running Windows XP.
