there is an account on my laptop called asp.net machine account now some stupid itiot decided it would be a good idea to make this account an administrator and put the password on this is the only administrator on my laptop and no one knows the password as it must already have been there when i bought the laptop (which was brand new when i bought it) this means i cannot do a defragment disc clean up delete programmes or anything like that can anyone please help me i now have a virus and i have the software to remove it but need this dam password to be able to use it and get rid of the virus
