Error Loading epvwmgwg.dll

When I first boot up I get the .dll error window that says:

Error loading c:\windows\system32\epvwmgwg.dll
The specified module could not be found.

I searched for programs that might have been un/installed correctly but didn't find any.  Also searched the interwebs for epvwmgwg.dll and found nothing.  Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

I am running XP Home Edition and I keep everything maintained with AVG, Spybot, and JKdefrag.
