    Help needed to access external drive

    I can not access my external hard drive anymore. The following message appears when I double click on the drive.
     
     

    This is my backup drive with years of photos so any help much appreciated. Thanks.

    What backup Program was being used for this external drive ? ?

      No backup program was used. I just dragged everything I wanted to keep.
