    Does windows vista ultimate come in cd's instead of a dvd?  Just curious.

    I was trying to dereference Null Pointers before it was cool.

      so if you don't have a dvd player in your computer, you just wasted like $200?

      it does say on the system requirements, "DVD-ROM drive"

        The contact info for ordering it on CD's as replacement for the DVD's is on the inside tab of the Vista plastic case...
        You will need to authenticate it over the phone and give a credit card # for the shipping costs...

        Anyway, continuing down this road, there should be a floppy disk version...
