This is confusing now

Hi, It was improper shutdown and my hdd was heat so after i turned on.. i lost the windows.. so formatting the drive and it showed me it had bad sectors after i reinstalled windows how come my C: drive is 670mb in total from 9 GB? it still says the size mb is 9gb but it shows me 670 mb.. here is screenshoot http://img95.echo.cx/img95/3428/untitled86gh.jpg

and now it doest give me bad sectors either... what i want too confirm is the drive has bad sectors or not? And how can i get that my space back on primary drive without loosing data.

I count 10 Partitions.  C is the size it is because that's all the room there is.  You only formatted the C-partition not the entire drive.

i guess you did not get me.. ITS BEEN MONTHS SINCE MY DRIVE IS PARTIONED AND FORMATTED SO WHY DO I WANT TO DO THE SAME AGAIN? it was all okay..

you can see in ma hscreenshot i already have norton partition magic.. how do i fix now? Delete the partition? but then it will loose everything?
