Is there a way to make my PC Quicklaunch taskbar behave like the new i-MAC?

I own a pc which I love but I would really love to own a MAC.  I love how they show the icons on the toolbar at the bottom just blow up and out at you with the mouseover!  Has anyone heard of a desktop application or program that could change your PC to look like a MAC?  I am not up on all the latest things so I thought I would ask all you experts cause if it's out there, you probably know about it.
