We have a relatively new Dell Inspiron with Vista. Recently we have started hearing ads playing even when we are not using internet explorer. It usually says something like "Congratulations, You've won!". I've tryed searching the computer for anything that might be causing this but can't come up with anything. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any suggestions would be very helpful.
