removed trojans and dowloaded CCleaner /need help

I ran avast antivirus and removed 2 trojans to the chest. I downloaded CCleaner but I do not have any idea what cookies to save or delete. I did not run the scan yet. What should I do next?

 what ever ccleaner brings up take it out , if a program needs a cookie it will put it back don't worry , harry
