Jeweller production software

I work for jeweller company. In production we use gold, silver, diamonds, percious stones etc. The process is really comples. It goes through different procedures such as polishing moulding... I want to know if anyone knows the softwear that will make it easier for the company to gather all the procedure activities. Or maybe you know sofwares that other jeweller producing companies use.

What kind of software do you want? Can you please explain a bit more....?

I don't know of any software off the top of my head, but I'd imagine you're talking about a proper, commercial program here which is built specifically for what you want.

you sound like your looking for some sort of production control software. They have a ton of that type of stuff on line. Once you have it you can normally customize it for your company.
