    It's part of MyWebSearch adware.


    Run MalwareBytes to get rid of it.

    Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM)

      I started the install of the anti malware and got

      An error occurred while trying to rename a file in the destination directory.
      The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
      Help
