It happens when I basically open any program. Sometimes the numbers are different, but this is the most common error I have noticed. Also that, when I search something on Google.com and click on the link it takes me to a totally different link. For example, if I click on Cnn.com it takes me to some unknow search engine. Also, my audio doesn't work. Does any one know why? I have done a system restore two times now and I haven't seen a change. The problems are still there. I have scanned my computer with Avast, Autorun Eater, Hijack This, Spybot Search & Destroy, and I still don't know what the problem is.

well all of those programs are freeware which usually cover the basics. you might have to buy a virus protection program to get rid of the virus if you have one. spybot etc is just the basics (trojans, malware, adware)

If I install a new hard-drive along with a new OS, will this help me get rid of all the viruses and other things I have? or will my system be still affected even if I install a new hard-drive and OS.

No. Not until you do the things again that got you infected.

                  You have two problems.
You're running TWO antivirus programs: Avast, and Comodo.
One of them has to go.

                  Then, your computer is infected.
