Have you tried a different monitor?
Hi, was pretty sure monitor wasn't the issue because it has always played these same videos. But, I went ahead and checked it anyway. It didn't work there either, I knew it was definitely a computer issue, not player, etc. Even so, I always will check everyone's solution just in case I might have missed something or, as in this case, gets me thinking along a new line.
I resolved the problem. Just for the *censored* of it, I went to Nvidias website and downloaded the applicable drivers again. Once I rebooted with the new drivers, I was golden. The strange thing is that nothing was ever changed with the videos, or the video card.
One more cool thing, for many months I had a "burned" spot on a portion of my LCD. I thought my monitor was going, or a static image had been left on for too long. I was really bummed because it was a 26" Dell wide screen. The newly installed drivers took care of that issue as well. I guess it was a driver associated anomaly.
Thanks
