Activex controls: How to turn on/Disable
    « on: March 18, 2009, 07:06:49 AM »
    My OS is 98se.

My computer just told me, and I quote!

Your current security settings prohibit running activex controls on this page. As a result, the page may not display correctly.

    What does that mean?
    And
    How do I change them?

You simply need to enable ActiveX in your security settings in your browser.

Click Tools and then click Internet Options
      Click the Security tab
      Click the Custom Level button
Scroll down the list and click the Enable radio buttons to all items you see listed under the ActiveX controls and plug-ins heading

This should enable your browser to load ActiveX content.

      Good luck!
