Product Keys?

So here is the queston before I waste my time with an install.

I have a Dell XPS M1530 -> came with Vista Home Premium -> Upgraded to Ultimate

I have a Desktop with XP Pro -> Can I do a fresh install of Vista Home Premium on my desktop?

If you have a home premium disk then yes
