    Cant log in

    My laptop won,t let me log on to main user but lets me log in on other  names.I have photos and other files on main name that I cant access.I am running vista basic,any help please.

    Is the main account password protected?  If so...you'll need a password.

      Yes I have the password but it wont let me in.I am new to vista

      Is your Caps Lock key on...the password is case sensitive.
