    Just asking about printer

    My printer cannot feed paper. Only the left side will pass through and on the right it does not move inside. Is there something wrong.

    What make and model printer is this?  Do you know how to clear a paper jam?

      Yes I know how to get the paper jam, my problem is , i did many times printing command and then cancel doc then again and again...but only the left side portion will be feed and the right did not move.
