        And do you remember the Memory System , It was a 3 dimentional wirin' system that had liddle Donutts that stored a positive or negative charge and a RAM with 248 Bytes only took up 4 stories of a modern Dept Store Bldg

        Ah, a tube amplifier -- good for you!

        The receiver from '83 -- that's a toss up -- I'd bet it has integrated circuit boards.  Not trying to give you a hard time...it was pretty amazing how quickly vacuum tubes left the mainstream electronics.

        Hmm.. I dont know.  Apparently tube amps sound better too.  Its a vox 50w

        lol, creative should make an X-Fi card and replace all the transistors with vacuum tubes.

        Sure, it'll be a box three times the size of the PC, but the sound should be great. LOL... reproduce the entire X-Fi chip with vacuum tubes...
