FrontPage / BlueFish alternative

I used to get FrontPage through my dad's collage (he works there, he gets licenses for all the computers he has for Office, FrontPage, etc)

But they removed FrontPage from the list of hand-outs for faculty.

And BlueFish is Linux only. Found a compilation of it for Win, but it kept missing iconv.dll...

So is there any alternative to FrontPage/BlueFish (and if you can get BlueFish to work, thad be great)

I have the impression you want freeware, if possible.  Take a look at KompoZer.
