Anyone on this site answering questions about computers, have waited several days for a reply.

The reason you've waited several days is because you latched onto someone else's thread and that's why your Topic didn't recieve the attention it should have...
Start a new Topic providing as many details you can on the machine; your symptoms and what happened prior to this and someone will be along shortly...

And kindly remember we are a Group of Volunteers here...

Hello,

I apologize for the delayed response.

When you Disable third party browser extension, it will disable all IE toolbars. It is by design. If you want your toolbars, then please enable third party browser extension again and from the "manage Addon" option, disable the toolbar whcih is creating the IE issue.

NOTE: if disablingthird party browser extension solved your IE issue, it means, one of the toolbar/extension is causing this error, you will need to manually find which add-on/third party browser extension is creating issue.

Please check this link:

Control Internet Explorer Add-ons with Add-on Manager
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/web/sp2_addonmanager.mspx

Or use the tool provided below:

Automate the above task with AddonColumns utility

Download AddonColumns.zip http://windowsxp.mvps.org/utils/addoncolumns.zip and extract the executable to a folder

Start the utility and put a checkmark near the Column names that you need to enable

Click the Apply button

Close and re-open Internet Explorer, and open Manage Add-ons dialog now.

First enable third party browser extension, then try disabling one add-on a a time and  find out which add-on is causing the issue.

I hope this will help you.
 :) ;D
