I have HP laptop running Vista. I am getting message no operating system and f8, f11, space bar, or anything else will get to safe mode. Machine just keeps rebooting. I decide to use backup recovery disks I made. On attempt to recovery, i get error code 0x400110020000100A. i am making no headway. How to I find a virus removal software that runs automatically--i do not want to take it somewhere at this point. Thanks.
