You can right click on Start>Explore.....your folders are on the lefthand side and you'll see your new drive letter there as well....drag and drop the files you wish to save to the new removable drive letter.

Never argue with a stupid person, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Some clarification needed here.  We need a clear distinction between hard drive space and memory.  They are not the same thing.  So, patmikel, do you really mean hard drive space or memory?  Does the error message you get say "memory" or what?

If external USB drive has power supply connect that first.

The external drive has a USB lead, yes? Plug this into a USB socket on your computer.

Now look in My Computer, you should see a new drive letter.

Now you can make a folder on the new drive and download your films into it. Tell ezcap to use this folder.
