    Phantom items
    « on: April 01, 2009, 09:26:56 AM »
I there, I'm running Windows XP. Sometimes my network folders (there should be two of them, mine and another PC connected via ethernet) show up; sometimes they don't.
Also, there is a specific program that should be loading at startup, but it never does. It's in the startup folder and it is checked in msconfig among the startup items.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your tips.

i get that some times too.  Did you try repairing the network?
Windows 7 RC Tester.  Working on it.  Your monitor says etchasketch on the side!
