    when I open my email it automatically adds the senders address to my address book. How do I stop this. If I want it added I can add it myself. Pleasse Help me. It is driving me crazy. Thank you ???

    Which e-mail prog?  Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird etc?

      First I want to thank you for taking the time to help me. I have AOL as a internet provider. I am using a Toshiba laptop. I have Windows XP. Does that help?

      Every little bit of info helps but please advise which e-mail program you are using, Outlook, Outlook Express etc...
