Getting an error code: C00D11D2 (90070005).
Windows Vista, Samsung DVD player, lots of computer memory and speed.
When I inset a CD, Zune opens and lists the tracks. When I double click the first track to start play, Zune runs through all the tracks and then displays the error code. It's telling me it can't access the file. It might be in use. When I click on web help, it just refers to allowing Zune access through my firewall. Doing that makes no difference -- I still get the same process and the same error message.
Used to work fine. This has started lately. Device manager lists the DVD player as TSSTcorp CD/DVDW SH-S182D ATA Device and says, in the general tab, that "this device is working properly.
Any help, anyone, please?
