hello folks. Let me start out by saying im computer illerate.

Here's the problem--- I received a used desktop from a friend for my stepson cause he was always getting on my wife and my computer.

Well The man had some info that he was going to come over and get off computer. In the mean time i switched computer over to the guest. Well now its stuck on guest, and I can't get it back. He turns out doesnt need info but in guest mode i wont have access to all music that was on computer ,,,,and cant even add a printer. Please any help would be so appreciated. Thanks and have a good day!

Is there another account on the computer?

The person who had the computer ought to be able to sign in on his "old" account.

I believe account access can be had through Control Panel.

The absolute best thing to do when you get a 2nd hand machine is a complete format and clean install of whatever flavor of Windows you want to run...
