                  It did it again... it sais installation stopped due to failure when copying files. Please check system and try again

                      Oh, I just found out that's a common problem with Dell Media Direct. Thousands of people have had that problem. Don't worry. You'll be able to install other things. Try connecting to the net and see if that .NET thingy is coming up.

                                Ok..I might have an issue... an error poped up it says:
                                missing microsoft's .NEt Framework. to complete the intallation of dell support you must install the framework for microsoft by going to the following link- http://windowsupdate.com
                                once the .Netframework id installed, re-run the steup for dell support


                                thisc ould be a problem because I do not know if the laptop will connect to the internet? what should I do?
