SQLDUMPER error

Hi! I would like to ask for help because every time i boot my PC a message like this appears:

"SQLDUMPER library failed initialization. Your installation is either corrupt
or has been tampered with. Please uninstall then re-run setup to correct
this problem."

I have tried to uninstall the SQL and re install it but it didn't solve my problem  What am I suppose to do?

What OS and where did you DLoad SQL from ? ?

I am using Windows XP. I did not download it. It was already installed when I installed my OS. I really don't know what caused the error, I just opened my computer 5 days ago and started seeing the error message.
