    Vista problem
    « on: April 18, 2009, 12:57:41 PM »
So, my friend is pretty sure that he has a virus, he logged onto his vista account one day and it came up with Windows Software Protection error stating a major change has occurred and to go online for more information.  He tried to go online but it doesnt work and certain programs he is trying to access wont work like his computer security, his control panel and firefox all stating that 'there is not enough quota  is available to run this process. Any suggestions would be great to help out my friend, thanks!

Edit: Sorry, you are in the write place.

You may be advised to remove the Windows Software Protection form you Vista system. Be ware this Vista feature is to help protect you and the interest of others. Yet some think you should turn it off.

I will leave it to somebody else.
