Boot into Safe Mode [tap F8 key when system boots] / choose Safe Mode / choose Administrator. By default the administrator accounts does not have a password / hit
"Enter"/ that should get you into the OS / change your password from User Accounts in Control Panel / WRITE DOWN YOUR PASSWORD
