Im having problems installing windows XP the cache is disabled. Im also unable to start in safe mode plz assist.

Boot to the XP CD...no need for safemode.

WARNING: You will lose all data you have re-installing Windows.

I have no problem with that it dosent show that windows was ever on my computer, Im just trying to install windows XP.
